The Opportunity

More than a training facility

Kaer Gras is building a network of practical self-defense and combat training locations designed around a broader training ecosystem, not a conventional martial arts gym.

Our locations combine structured training programs, memberships, specialized training environments, events, a centralized instructor pool, and other complementary offerings under one brand and operating framework.

BUILD

Develop a Kaer Gras presence in a territory where there is an opportunity for the brand and its training model to grow.

OPERATE

Participate in a real operating business with defined standards, responsibilities, systems, and support.

GROW

Build a long-term local operation within the wider Kaer Gras network rather than starting completely from scratch.

Built Around a Different Kind of Training Business.

Practical combat training should be treated as a serious civilian skill, not merely as a sport, hobby, or traditional martial arts practice.

That positioning shapes everything from our training programs to our facilities, customer experience, and business model.

Our model combines:

  • Structured combat & self-defense courses

  • Progressive training programs

  • Open training and memberships

  • Specialized training environments

  • Simulation-based training

  • Kids and youth programs

  • Workshops and events

  • Advanced and specialized programs

The result is a business designed around multiple ways for clients to train, progress, and remain part of the KG ecosystem.

A network of facilities.

Kaer Gras' business operates on a hub-and-spoke model where primary facilities are supported by satellite locations that serve more market and boost business growth.

They share the same assets and resources that minimizes risks and maximizes growth opportunities.

The appropriate structure of our collaboration depends on the territory, capital, operating capability, and opportunity.
